Very impressed with customer service

This is the first time that I have stayed here. I love it because of the awesome room and it’s proximity to nearby places that are within easy walking distance. It’s clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. What impressed me most though was how much the staff and management actually cared about my concerns, fixed what they could, followed up with me, and asked me if they could do anything else to help. Let’s face it, no hotel or resort in the world is perfect, but when I had issues, I contacted the staff and they were always polite, concerned and took action. That’s what makes me want to come back again. It was one of my most relaxing trips ever in Myanmar.
